    • When I book an appointment, is there any arrival window?

      Yes, all appointments have a 30-minute arrival window from the scheduled time. I, Nick, will send a notification once I am on my way to you. If you require an on-time appointment at a dedicated time, I can make special arrangements. You can reach me via 916-888-8753 or nick@rosevilleappliance.com.

    • Do I have to pay the service fee upfront?

      No, the service fee is not collected until I am on-site and have completed a full diagnosis of your appliance.

    • Are you licensed and insured?

      Yes, I have full business coverage and am licensed in the state of California.

      You will receive booking notification from 916-269-3872 but this number DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONES OR PHONE CALLS. IT IS A ONE WAY NUMBER FOR NOTIFICATIONS ONLY.

    • Is your work guaranteed and for how long?

      Yes, all parts and labor have a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated at the time of service and noted on your estimate/invoice. I always stand behind all the work I do.
